Please read these terms carefully before entering into a lease agreement with LT Parking LLC.

1. Parking Space Rental

LT Parking LLC rents dedicated parking spaces for semi trucks and trailers on a monthly basis. Spaces are available with or without electrical hookups. All spaces are subject to availability and lease agreement terms.

2. Rates & Payment

Current rates are $250/month for electrical parking spaces and $200/month for non-electrical parking spaces, plus applicable taxes. Rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Payment is due on the first day of each month. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your lease agreement.

3. Promotions & Special Offers

Promotional offers, including but not limited to the "12 Months for the Price of 11" promotion and the referral rewards program, are subject to specific terms and conditions:

  • Promotions are for new customers only unless otherwise stated.
  • The "12 for 11" offer applies to new one-year lease agreements only.
  • Referral rewards are applied as a monthly discount on your rent and are contingent on the referred customer maintaining an active lease.
  • LT Parking LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice.

4. Use of Parking Spaces

Parking spaces are to be used exclusively for the parking of semi trucks, tractors, and trailers. The following activities are prohibited:

  • Storage of hazardous materials
  • Vehicle maintenance or repairs beyond minor inspections
  • Subleasing or assigning your space to another party without written consent
  • Any illegal activity on the premises

5. Security & Liability

LT Parking LLC provides 24/7 video surveillance of the parking lot. However, LT Parking LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to vehicles, cargo, or personal property while on the premises. Renters are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage for their vehicles and cargo. Parking is at your own risk.

6. Access

Renters have 24/7 access to their dedicated parking space. LT Parking LLC reserves the right to enter the premises for maintenance, inspection, or emergency purposes.

7. Termination of Lease

Either party may terminate the lease agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in your signed lease agreement. LT Parking LLC reserves the right to terminate a lease with immediate effect in the event of non-payment, violation of these terms, or illegal activity on the premises.

8. Changes to Terms

LT Parking LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Lessees will be notified in writing of any material changes. Continued use of the parking space after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
